When will my order ship?+
Each piece is made to order on Hatton Garden in our London workshop. Standard production is 5 to 7 business days, after which we ship fully insured via DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK delivery is next day; international delivery is 2 to 4 business days.

Yes. Contact concierge before placing your order and we can quote any variation on carat, color, or clarity. After the order is placed, we honour exchanges of equivalent or higher value at any time within the first year.

Every stone over 0.30 carat is unique, individually graded, and laser-inscribed with its certificate number on the girdle. Smaller accent stones are matched as a parcel for color and clarity.
