We work from Hatton Garden, the same street as the dealers we buy from. That means we offer the same diamonds at a substantially lower retail mark-up than the high street. We're confident enough in this to put it in writing.

The promise

• Before you buy, if you find the same specification diamond (shape, carat, colour, clarity, cut, lab report) at a lower advertised price from a comparable UK retailer, show us and we'll match it on the spot.
• After you buy, if the same piece becomes available at a lower price elsewhere within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

How to claim

1. Email us a link or screenshot of the lower-priced piece, including the certificate number where available.
2. We verify the specification and confirm the comparable UK retailer is genuine and stock-checked.
3. If verified, we match it or refund the difference. We'll let you know within one business day.

The fine print

• Match applies to identical specifications: carat, colour, clarity, cut and lab.
• Excludes auction or wholesale-only listings, closing-down sales and resale market.
• The comparable retailer must be a UK-registered business that supplies an invoice.
